1. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above. We are unable to facilitate exchanges and/or returns for all international orders at the moment.

Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up service to collect the items to be returned. We will keep you updated with the refund progress with your registered email address/mobile number.

3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow [14] business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.

6. Exclusions Sale items: (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
