What are the delivery options available?
All online purchases will be delivered via speed post once the order has been confirmed. A tracking number will be sent to your email once the order has been fulfilled.
What can I do if I have entered the wrong delivery address?
Please double-check your delivery address to make sure it's correct before completing your purchase.
If there are any issues, contact us right away at contact@birdieb.co, and we’ll do our best to assist you. Be aware that there might be extra charges for redelivering items that have already been dispatched, rejected, and sent back to our warehouse.
How long would it take for my order to arrive?
Orders usually arrive within 3 to 5 business days.
However, please be aware that there may be delays during busy periods, such as holidays.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. We reserve the right to reject item(s) that do not fulfill the conditions above. We are unable to facilitate exchanges and/or returns for all international orders at the moment.
- Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [contact@birdieb.co] to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Once approved, we will arrange a pick-up service to collect the items to be returned. We will keep you updated with the refund progress with your registered email address/mobile number.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow [14] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the retur process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
- Final Sale Items: Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
- Exclusions Sale items: (items with discounted prices before promo code is applied), panties, swimwear, accessories, lifestyle and gifts. Sale of these product categories is final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
What should I do with a defective item?
We apologize for the inconvenience of receiving a defective item. Let us make it right—please reach out to our team by emailing contact@birdieb.co within 7 days of delivery.
Include the following details:
• Your order reference number
• Photos of the product and the defect
